Buying Process for Traders and Installers

1. Initial Enquiry and Measurements
It all starts with the initial enquiry, you can call us on 0830280000, email info@alumax.ie, complete the Contact Us form or click here to request a call back.
When you contact us you will find our sales staff helpful and friendly. We are happy to provide you with as much information as you require and we are happy to advise which product will be most suitable for your end-users needs if you'd like us to.
In addition to the measurements, a site survey and an image of the site/place where the installation will take place would be sought from you. You can arrange this with the end-user. The sales team will go over our product range with you so the best product (or two for choice) is chosen if it isn't already, and they will go through the benefits of each to find the product that best fits the requirements.
2. We’ll Send You a Quotation
From the initial enquiry, we will create a rough quotation. If this is acceptable, we will discuss all your requirements with you and send you a final quotation. Depending on how busy we are, you should receive your quotation within 1-2 working days, please note – in our busier periods, this timeframe may be extended. The quotation will be valid for 3 months from the issue date.
3. Place Your Order
When you are ready to place your order with us all you need to do is give us a call or email and let us know the quotation number and we’ll arrange the delivery of the materials, parts and fixings within 5-7 working days.
4. We Will Supply 2D or 3D Drawings.
From your measurements and requirements, we will supply you with a 3D drawing soon after the order is placed, outlining how the product will look like.
5. Delivery/Installation
The parts and materials will arrive on-site on our advised date and your installation team can arrange with the end-user for the installation to take place any time after this. The installation will take place over the number of days specified by you to the end-user. (A typical installation of a 6m x 2.5m Patio-Cover will take two trained people one working day.)
